Summary: Generate Chromium Reports in Background

Description: Customer request so as when generating a Chromium report, this process should run in the background due to the time required to complete. Once the report is ready, users should receive an email with the report and a notification entry in the SLM system. The PDF should be attached to the email; however, if the PDF exceeds 40 MB, it should instead be accessible via a link in the email body.
