Summary: X and Y axis of Severity and Frequency location in Matrix

Description: Bug fix on the Dynamic Risk Matrix axes in the bypass reviews template. The X axis should always be the frequency and the Y axis should always be the severity, in the reviews template the axis were switched. Additionally, the word 'likelihood' has been replaced with the word 'frequency'.

Description: Data continuity update. If a modification is made in the Hazard register within HAZOP, the same modification is now mirrored in the LOPA Hazard Register.

Summary: Usability improvements for the Cause & Effect Matrix

Description: Upgrades have been made to the C&E matrix to highlight the active row and column on cell hover to improve readability. We have also added a dynamic tooltips showing column header and row header and enable vertical and horizontal scrolling for better navigation.

Description: We have added a new variable in the Global Module. This variable allows user to enable or disable Daylight Saving Time on workflows that pre-populate with the time.
